Mrs. Kelechi Henry-Aka graduated from Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005 having obtained the Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School. She completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps' between 2006 and 2007 in Jigawa State, Nigeria.

Having done extensive work in Visas/Immigration applications and appeals for over a decade, she represents corporations, Institutes, businesses, families and individuals around the world in Immigration matters and consultancy.

Her practice philosophy is based on integrity, honesty, confidentiality and sound professional ethics.









Olufunke Aje-Famuyide,  had a first degree from the University of Lagos in 1999. She proceeded to the Law School, Bwari where she obtained Barrister at Law (BL) at the Bwari Campus in 2000. She served at the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Zonal Headquarters in BirinKebbi in 2001 to 2002. After her National Youth Service Corp in 2002, she joined the firm of AJE CHAMBERS, Ilorin Kwara State as Counsel where she cut her niche as a litigation lawyer. In 2006, she moved to Lagos and joined ROYAL HERITAGE SOLICITORS, a corporate and litigation firm. There she was both counsel and Administrative Head till 2009 when she left the firm. She had a brief stint in SAM OGUNNNGBAMILA & Co. Lagos State.

Olufunke Aje-Famuyide has developed enviable skills from her over 16years post call experience in litigation, especially corporate and immigration briefs. She is a researcher and currently on her Ph.d program in Law.








 Mr. Agbogwu, Victor obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria in 1998 and Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School in 2000. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in October, 2000. With over fifteen years of active private and public legal practice, he has acquired significant expertise and experience in our areas of practice.











Nduka Njoku graduated from University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in 1994. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos where he obtained Barrister at Law (B.L) degree and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He served the mandatory National Youth Service Corps in Akwa Ibom State. He worked at the law firm of Idigbe & Idigbe(Punuka Chambers) and at the Social and Economic Rights Action Centre (SERAC). Nduka Njoku obtained a Master of Laws( LL.M) from University of Lagos. His areas of competence are Commercial and Corporate litigation and practice, Constitutional Law and International law.
